Christopher Salerno is the author of five books of poems and the editor of Saturnalia Books. His most recent collection is Sun & Urn, selected by the late Thomas Lux for the Georgia Poetry Prize at University of Georgia Press. His forthcoming book, The Man Grave, won the Lexi Rudnitsky Editor’s Choice Award from Persea Books and will be published in 2021. Previous book include ATM (Georgetown Review Prize), Minimum Heroic (Mississippi Review Poetry Prize), and Whirligig (2006). His trade book, How To Write Poetry: A Guided Journal, was recently published by Callisto Media. His poems have been a recipient of the Prairie Schooner Glenna Luschei Award, The Founders Prize from RHINO magazine, the Two Sylvias Press Chapbook Prize, the Laurel Review Chapbook Prize, and a New Jersey State Council on the Arts fellowship.
